This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch orders placed at thedoodlebrush.com.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
United Kingdom: typically 1–3 working days from dispatch.
European Union, United States, Canada: orders to these regions are fulfilled from inventory held locally in each market, allowing for fast local delivery.
Rest of World: orders are fulfilled internationally and delivery is typically 5-10 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier capacity, customs processing (where applicable), and public holidays.
Where you order multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one delivery. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If your parcel has not been delivered within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@thedoodlebrush.com with your order number and we will investigate.
For multi-item orders, please allow time for all parts of your order to arrive before contacting us, as deliveries may be split across more than one parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered (for example, due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed delivery, or a failed delivery attempt), we will arrange one redelivery at no additional cost. We will contact you to confirm the delivery address before sending it again.
Where orders are fulfilled locally within your country, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
For orders shipped from outside your country, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not collected by us.
