This policy applies to orders placed at thedoodlebrush.com. It is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may return any product purchased from thedoodlebrush.com for a refund within 30 days of the date the product is delivered to you, even if the product has been used. This is our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
To return an item under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, please email us at hello@thedoodlebrush.com before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return reference, which must be included with your returned item.
Returns sent without first contacting us may be delayed in processing.
The cost of returning an item under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the product within 7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Where a delivery charge was paid on the original order, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@thedoodlebrush.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage where required.
This is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Selected products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects and product failures beyond the 30-day satisfaction guarantee window. Where included, this is clearly stated on the product page and on the insert card inside the packaging. Please see our Lifetime Warranty page for full details.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all orders placed through thedoodlebrush.com, regardless of the destination country. Customers outside the United Kingdom remain responsible for the cost of return postage, which may be higher than for UK returns.
In addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you have rights under UK consumer law, including:
The short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
The right to a repair or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
The right to a partial or full refund in certain circumstances if a repair or replacement is not possible
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
