Selected Doodle Brush products are backed by our lifetime warranty. Where included, this is clearly stated on the product page and on the insert card inside the packaging. Products not marked as covered are not included in this warranty.
Our lifetime warranty covers eligible Doodle Brush products for the reasonable lifetime of the product when used as intended. It is not a guarantee against all forms of damage, nor is it a promise of indefinite free replacement on demand.
The lifetime warranty must be activated by the customer to be valid. To activate, scan the QR code on the insert card inside your product packaging and submit your name, email address, and order reference.
Warranty claims cannot be processed for products that have not been activated. We recommend activating immediately on receipt.
The lifetime warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
The warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from The Doodle Brush website or from our authorised retail partners (including Amazon storefronts operated by The Doodle Brush). Products purchased from third-party sellers, second-hand, or via unauthorised channels are not covered.
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and genuine product failures on eligible products, including:
Brush heads detaching from handles where there is no evidence of impact or misuse
Handle breakages occurring under normal use
Pins loosening or falling out due to a fault in the brush's construction
Materials or workmanship defects identified during normal use
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
Products not marked as eligible for the lifetime warranty
Products that have not been activated by the customer
Accidental damage, including drops, crushing, or impact
Damage caused by pets chewing or biting the product
Damage caused by misuse, including application of excessive force or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
Wear and tear consistent with heavy or extended use
Cosmetic marks, scratches, or discolouration that do not affect product performance
Minor variations in pin alignment, seating, or angle that do not affect brushing performance, which are a normal feature of mass-manufactured brushes
Damage caused by improper cleaning or exposure to extreme heat
Loss or theft of the product
Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers
To make a warranty claim, please email us at [warranty email address] with the following:
The name and email address used to activate the warranty
Your order reference
A clear description of the issue
Photographs showing the fault from multiple angles
We aim to respond to all warranty claims within two working days.
In most cases, photographs will be sufficient for us to assess your claim. We may, at our discretion, request that the faulty product be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is issued. This helps us identify any wider issues and feed findings back to our manufacturing team.
Where a return is requested, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Where a claim is approved, we will issue a free replacement of the faulty item with the same product, or — where the same product is no longer available — with the closest equivalent from our current range. The lifetime warranty entitles you to a replacement only; refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or cash alternatives are not offered under this warranty. We reserve the right to decline warranty claims where the damage is inconsistent with a manufacturing fault, where the warranty has not been activated, where the product is not eligible for warranty coverage, or where the product has been purchased outside our authorised channels.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
